Sometimes an organization is in "learning mode," and simply needs a teacher to build the knowledge of its people. Other times it's faced with a specific issue that needs to be addressed with the help of an advisor. Or, facilitation is called for when an organization needs someone to help make an offsite run more smoothly, and to allow its executives to be more focused and productive.

How We Work

The way we work can be one-on-one – essentially whispering in an executive's ear. Or, perhaps it starts with a series of small-group meetings that eventually expands and cascades throughout the organization at large. Some clients decide they need a series of working sessions. Others ask for ongoing facilitation of executive team meetings.
